On behalf of the Planning Committee of the New York-New Jersey Chapter of the Medical Library Association, we invite you to join us for our 70th annual meeting on Wednesday, November 6, at the Rutgers Inn and Conference Center, 178 Ryders Ln, New Brunswick, NJ 08901, with special guest, the Philadelphia Chapter of MLA.
Our program this year centers on building communities and forging collaborations, providing the opportunity for our chapters to share successes and learn from one another. It will include a keynote lecture from Bonnie Keith, who has over 25 years of experience building strong partnerships.
We are excited this year to offer you the opportunity to participate in Vendor Lightning Rounds, a five-minute presentation to the entire conference audience by your company’s representative focusing on a new service or product. This will be scheduled to occur after the Chair’s welcome. Another great way you can make an impression is by providing meaningful giveaways or donating a raffle prize.
We believe this is an excellent opportunity for Health Science Librarians and vendors to strengthen their relationships by communicating needs, sharing information on valued resources and services, and even just to say hello.
Levels of Sponsorship:
Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for our 2019 Annual Meeting. We have reached our maximum capacity at this time.
However, you can still sponsor our event at the Associate Level, for $100.00, which would include thanks from the meeting podium and literature in the registration bag.
