Getting to the Alexander Library at Rutgers in New Brunswick, NJ

Our 2017 Chapter Annual Meeting will be held at the Alexander Library on the New Brunswick, NJ campus of Rutgers University. The street address is 169 College Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901

Public Transportation: Take a NJ Transit or Amtrak train to the New Brunswick, NJ Train Station. You can walk along College Ave for 16 to 20 minutes (0.8 mile) according to this Google map, or take a taxi or car service to the Rutgers Alexander Library.

Driving Directions: The entrance to the Library is on College Ave., but the Parking Garage where we can park for free and without a permit is behind the building, and that entrance is on George Street – College Avenue Parking Deck, 622 George St., New Brunswick, NJ 08901. It is right off of the George Street exit from Rte. 18 South (where it crosses the Raritan River).

If you arrive at the library from College Avenue (with the library on your right hand side) you would turn right at the corner (Huntington Street), then another right onto George Street. Take the first right hand turn from George St. into the driveway of the College Avenue Parking Deck (622 George St, New Brunswick, NJ 08901).
