2018 Chapter Meeting: Information for Vendors
On behalf of the Planning Committee of the New York-New Jersey chapter of the Medical Library Association, we invite you to join us for the 69th annual meeting to be held Wednesday, October 24, at the SUNY College of Optometry (33 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036).
Our program this year looks inward, providing the opportunity for our chapter to share successes and learn from one another, including valuable partners like YOU.
This year we are excited to offer you the opportunity to actively participate in the conference with us!
Introducing Vendor Lightning Rounds – A five-minute presentation to the entire conference audience by your company’s representative focusing on a new service or product.
This will be scheduled to occur after the Chair’s welcome, guaranteeing a captive audience.
Please note that participation in our Lightning Rounds and our exhibit space is available on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to register now in order to reserve your spot.
