Medical Librarian, Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children 

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical Librarian will arrange, organize and direct administrative
functions for day-to-day operations of the A.I.duPont Hospital for
Children Medical Library. This role works as part of a team to integrate
library services with education initiatives including but not limited to
continuing medical education, patient care, research, resident and
fellow education and teaching rounds. 
-Develops and Manages Library Information Services 
-Manages Health Sciences Resources
-Maintains Library IS and Technology
-Provides Health Sciences Information Services
-Provides Instructional Support 

REQUIREMENTS 
Master's Degree in Library or Information Science from an ALA-accredited
program with at least one year of experience in a health science library

Ability to work independently and think pro-actively required
Manages resources wisely, including time, talent and knowledge
Responds and adapts to change
Collaborates; builds and fosters professional relationships
