Adjunct Librarian/Urban Public Health Program
Instructor or Assistant Professor

We are looking for an Adjunct Librarian to teach Medline/PubMed and Bibliographic Management software such as RefWorks to graduate public health students. A masters degree is required. The librarian will work with the Urban Public Health (UPH) program to develop the assignment and class content. Familiarity with the health sciences or public health is desired but not required. Instruction involves early evenings and possible weekends. Instruction takes place over a two-week period in September and grading takes place throughout the fall semester. 

Position available for the fall 2008 semester.
Salary is commensurate with experience.

This is a great opportunity for a librarian who wants to gain experience in teaching and exposure to the health sciences.
