helen-ann brown is also a visiting adjunct professor at the Pratt
Institute School of Information and Library Sciences. She holds a second
masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania in the Dynamics of
Organization. She has taught numerous CE courses on topics related to
clinical librarianship, outreach, online searching, teaching, and marketing
of libraries and librarians.
